FTE news: Mesh collision

Spike added a bit of something to the engine that makes triangle soup collide. It’s currently done with custom surfaceparms in the shader.

This pretty much means that models can now simply contain their own collision hull like in any other game made after the Great Flood. Well, awesome. I’ll put that in the FTE article once it’s shaken down.
